The Rotaract Cluj-Napoca club was founded in December 1994 by 22 members, under the patronage of Rotary Cluj-Napoca, the first Rotary club established in Romania. Our club was chartered on May 17, 1995 by the Governor of District 1660 at that time, Jacques Verrier.
